Today Drs Keith and Brian discuss the ways to maintain and build strength while at home. We talk about why it is important to maintain yourself and working to improve strength should always be a goal. This doesn’t mean you have to lift hundreds of pounds to improve your situation, it can be something as simple as walking more, or taking the stairs in your house several times per day. The trick is to find something that you can do at home. I prefer body weight exercises and bodyweight suspension trainers while at home because they provide the benefit of natural movement and not a lot of equipment. Suspension trainers are amazing ways to build strength while staying within your capability.
