Are you tired of your athletic performance not being up to snuff because of tight shoulders, back, or hips? Are you tired of a small but nagging pain keeping you from doing what you want to do?
Hip and shoulder spin ups are a great way to ensure your muscles and joints are ready for the workout you are preparing to do. Each spin up takes approximately 5 minutes though if you’re feeling very tight it might take more time. I use the shoulder spin up every time I lift over head, bike, swim, or do archery. I use the hip spin-up whenever I lift lower body, run, hike, or bike. These two tools help me stay ready to exercise and make the most out of each workout session. Unlocking your shoulders and hips are also a great way to begin unlocking tension in your back and spine.
