We will breath outdoors on the beach or grass. You will have the choice. Learn the Wim Hof Method breathworkout to reduce stess, anxiety, pain, get your back feeling better, and reset from your week.

Wear workout clothes and if its chilly bring sweats to keep your warmth. Bring a towel for the beach and/or a yoga mat for the grass.

If you need a block to sit on the ground comfortably please bring one, or build one in the sand.
We will go over better breathing practices, varied stretching and breathing to warm up, then finish with Wim Hof Method breathing.
You will have the wonderful scene of baypoint beach early in the morning, birds and animals, thr water, and sun to make the scene magical.

Please refrain from eating breakfast until after this class, or try to keep it light and finish 2 hours beforehand.

All skill levels welcomed.

Precautions – uncontrolled high blood pressure, uncontrolled epilepsy, and active pregnancy will not be allowed to participate.
