Banded Shoulder Distraction

This activity is designed to really help stretch out all the muscles of the shoulder, particularly the Lat. The way the attachments go, this will help release a tight Thoracic Spine (Mid-Upper Back). This is an awesome tool that anyone can do pretty much anywhere you can through a stretch band over. I’ve done it with weight racks, doors (just throw it up over a corner or the door knob…make sure you are pulling the door closed and not open with your weight), to restore some range after activities like swimming, biking, archery, and over head weight lifting work.
