Assault Bike for Recovery

The assault bike is great tool to use when you have an injured limb. It allows you isolate the injured or otherwise sensitive limb and keep on exercising. The pegs up front are great for lower limb injuries and either holding your shirt or wearing a sling is a great option for your arms. You can use both pegs and isolate your entire lower body from work and really hit your upper body. The options are pretty interesting and you have a lot of leeway.
